Default New gaming PC Questions Please :)

First of all, after many hours of reading reviews, watching videos on YouTube and general reccomendations, these are the parts I have decided to go for for my first ever build:
Core i7 2600k CPU (for fsx, future save keeping and video rendering over, instead of the 2500k)
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 motherboard
Gigabyte GeForce GTX580 Super Overclock graphics card
crucial m4 64GB SSD
ASUS VE248H 24" LED Monitor
Corsair HX-750 Power Supply
Thermaltake overseer MK-1 Full Tower Case
Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 8GB DDR3 Memory

The build is primarily for Battlefield 3 on ULTRA settings, which is why I have chosen a beefy graphics card but it is also for gaming in general to achieve smooth gameplay on the highest settings in new games and also for Flight Simulator X.
Im not getting another Hard drive because i already have 2 500gb seagate barracuda hard drives.
I don't need alot of storage because I keep most of my videos/game ISOs etc, on large externals.
My budget is around $1900 AUD - $2000 AUD ($1,972.49 CAD - $2,076.30 CAD).

QUESTIONS:

1) Just to confirm, there is no bottlenecking, I had some slight doubt with the graphics card.
2) Could I go for a HX-650W PSU instead of a 750W? If I did, would that limit my ability to overclock the CPU, memory etc etc?
3) Is it possible to use my old hard drives with stuff already on them (they are already formatted and partitioned of course) in my new build? Would I have to reformat them?
4) Alot of people seem to think the overseer or HAF X (which is my 2nd fav case so far) are cheaply made. Could anyone suggest a good looking case of similar features of these cases e.g. rubber gromets, perspex window, tooless drives which they belive is of a better build quality?
5) Are there any other comments/suggestions you would make?

Thanks in advance, I just want to be cautious in what I buy as its taken me over a year to save up for this build, and I don't want to do it wrong.
Nick

My System Specs

Default

Looks like a nice solid build. I can't see anything bottlenecking at all.

This is a very popular case around these parts. It doesn't have a side window, but it has excellent cooling.
