Default New Build - GPU Help?

Hi, I'm making my first ever PC build and have come to a brick wall.
I can't decide on which GPU to get. Here are my components so far.

Antec 300
Intel i5 2500k
MSI P67A GD53 (B3)
Antec TruePower New 650W Modular PSU
Be Quiet Dark Rock Advanced Cooler
8gb OCZ Gold 1333MHz RAM

I'm going to be buying a 21.5" monitor running at 1920 x 1080 Full HD.

My budget for the GPU would be around 180/$290 at the highest.

I would go EVGA-MSI-ASUS for 560ti MSI has some really sweet ones, EVGA always has a good seleciton as well, the Antec 300 is not the best case going out there for its price, I have heard a few folks complain about it, just as a suggestion, maybe a haf 922 or 932 instead? For the Ram although I am sure the OCZ gold is ok, I still stand by the 3 big ones, Corsair Vengeance or XMS, Kingston Hyper X, or my personal pick G Skill Ripjaw or similar.

the twin frozr 560ti is sick for overclocking, the asus direct cu2 has fairly good cooler, I dont think evga has aftermarket cooler for the gtx560ti. the ripjaws x 1600mhz 8gb is very cheap,I would definately get those

Haf 912 is the same price of the Antec 300 and I think it would be a best choice. I have put a GTX 560 Ti from Asus in a friend's computer and the GPU was running at 40 degree in game.

Also take the G.skill ripjaws, g.skill have more quality products than OCZ today.

Indeed, do go with Cooler Master's HAF 912 or Lancool PC-K58 (if you can find it cheap), you will thank yourself later. Although you may not like the external aesthetic of the HAF cases, you will appreciate the cable routing holes in the motherboard trays of the CM and Lancool cases, which the Antec 300 does not have. Even if you mod the Antec case and add some holes, the 300 is a decent case but it is a cramped one and nowhere near as flexible as the CM cases, so avoid it.
