I'd say go with the 560 Ti as it has better driver support compared to AMD.

That would be because I had horrible driver support when the 6870s came out, for crossfire, eyefinity and single monitor. Also, my 6970s have some games that are suppose to be eyefinity native but are broken in them as well.

For every 1 person whom claims that there is problems with amd/ati drivers there is 10 users whom will tell you otherwise .... honestly BOTH company's are not great or perfect especialy nvidia as some would like to claim n praise. Ask the peaple whom earlier in the year had there cards have no fan run on them properly & kill them cause of nvidia's so " perfect " drivers ...

Honestly 6950's and 560ti's are pretty even, if you can get the shaders unlocked on the 6950 and OC it I would go for that because it will perform better. If you aren't comfortable with that pick up the 560 ti, it overclocks really well and is very easy. I just overclocked my GPU for the first time ever today and I have it up to 980mhz/1960/2300 rock solid stable and I haven't even tried to push it yet this is just all I had time for.

Get 560Ti since you have intel. And check out the Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3P-B3 board

only 4 gb of RAM?

The computer should work out fine, but RAM isn't really expensive:

NCIX.com - Buy G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Memory - G.Skill - F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL - in Canada

8 GB for a little over $50
