Default Getting a few Upgrades on my PC

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.
Gaming(Diablo 3), Streaming videos, downloading
2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread
Not worried about budget
3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc, etc, etc, you get the picture.
No Preference
5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
Core i7 920
Asus P6T SE X58
HAF922 Case
Noctua NH14 Cooler
Corsair 750W Power Supply

6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.
I have done some research on my Video Card but a lot of different opinions on if i should upgrade or not.
7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
My system is overclocked. CPU i7 920 @ 4ghz
8. WHEN do you plan to build it?
Between now and Jan2012
9. What resolution do you use?

So Basically I am looking to upgrade my Video card (XFX 5850) But there are a lot of sites that say not to upgrade its not worth it, and some sites that say yea upgrade to a GTX 580 or 6900 series and its a HUGE difference so I am not sure yet. Opinions welcomed :D

Get a SSD Drive(My HD died I am getting a SSD and a TB Storage Drive). I see a lot of sales and good stuff on the Corsair 120gb any other suggestions??

Also I wanna get more Ram I currently have G.SKILL F3-16000CL9T-6GBRH Ripjaws 6GB 3X2GB DDR3-2000 CL9-9-9-24 240PIN Triple Channel i7 Memory I want to upgrade to at least 8GB maybe 16.

Thanks ahead of time and you guys are great

My System Specs

The 5850 is somewhere between a 6850 and 6870 in performance. That said its going to be an improvement if you upgrade to a 69xx or 580. I would say it wouldn't be worth it to go to a 6950/570, but a 6970/580 would be a noticeable improvement. Whether its worth it or not is up to you and your budget.

5850 vs 6970

5850 vs 580
Desktop: Arc Midi R2, Z77-D3H, 3770@4.1ghz with Zalman Optima Cooler, 4x4gb ram, EVGA GTX 1070 Ti SC, Bitfenix Fury 750w, WD Black 1TB, Intel 530 120GB
Away from home light Gamer: Acer Aspire 15.6", A8-3500m undervolt and OC to 2Ghz, 2x4gb Corsair Vengeance, Crucial M500 240gb
