What do you guys think?

Just a little gaming PC I put together I plan on building myself. Here are the specs.

Monitor: I want a 23" or 24" LED monitor. Not sure which ones are good though. I like the Iiyama ProLite E2473HDS-B1 and the HP 2311x.

Case: Corsair 500R White or Black

Motherboard: MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) (going SLI in a few months)

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K (maybe I'll go for the 2500 rather than the 2500k since I am not planning on overclocking it, but you know I don't mind paying a little more for the 2500k. Who knows I might decide to overclock it in the future)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus

Memory: Kingston ValueRam 8GB DDR3-1333

Graphics card: 1x MSI N560GTX-Ti Hawk (going to add another one in a few months)

PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W (is this enough for SLI?)

SSD: Crucial M4 128GB

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB (SATA3)

I already have a mouse and keyboard so that won't be needed. So what do you guys think?

Depends where your priorities are. For gaming, I personally would (and did) bypass the SSD as being expensive relative to value, and put the extra dough into my vid card. With the extra ($200?) you're almost all the way to a GTX580. The SSD will be great if you want fast os and game level loads, but contribute nothing to the actual game, frames speed and beauty levels.

I'm not sure 600W will support SLI. Corsair has a calculator on their site that will spit out a recommendation if you put in the basic system specs. I think you're probably looking for 750+.

I actually want both. I think I'll hang on to the SSD and stick with 560 Ti Hawk.

Yeah I was having doubts about the 600Watt PSU myself. 600 might not be enough indeed. I'll have a look on Corsair.com, thanks!

EDIT: not sure if I did it right, but I can't find the 560 Ti in the list of Graphics Cards...

Any PSU that is less than 700W true power will be able to support a GTX560 Ti SLI without a hitch. Although I would recommend getting something like a Corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone or XFX instead. A 650W would also be sufficient for a GTX560 Ti SLI. Get the Core i5 2500K instead, it would be a waste not spending that little extra money for an extra 1GHz+ worth of performance.

i would purchase faster memory and a better brand. ram is extremely cheap right now for about 50 dollars you can get ddr3 1600 so i wouldnt skimp out on that.

maybe you could opt for a cheaper case or go for last gen video cards and SLI them.

and if you dont have a hard drive yet you might want to wait or buy used because HDD prices have skyrocketed since the flood in thailand.

I run Sli'd factory OC 560Tis...with them both loaded I draw a little over 600Watts at the wall on an 80+ Gold PSU so probably 575 Watts draw on the PSU. I would call a 600Watt unit borderline, especially since the Hawx is a 950MHz OC version and probably takes more power than mine.

Also is the 1TB just for storage? If so you might want to go to a Green 2TB for not much more. If not go Black 1TB, the blues are mediocre at both.

Only part I would change is PSU. Go for a corsair/seasonic/antec/xfx 650-750w psu.

I second the PSU. Get an 850 for lots of comfort room. Something like a Silverstone Strider Plus 850 would be perfect for you.
I wouldn't run a single card on that OCZ unit. Let alone 2. (Quality issues)

I have the 560 Ti Hawk. I'm not sure if increase in price is justified over other 560 Ti's.

I really love that case, it looks awesome! If I had the money (and I think I will by the time I build this) I would get the 650D!

Yeah I saw the prices of HDDs...unbelievable! Too high right now but shouldn't be a problem for me since I am not going to build this PC yet, will have to save up some money first.

Yeah I plan on running my windows and programs off the SSD and have the HDD as storage. I download quite a lot of movies so it gets full quite fast.
