I really don't see how this would make a difference. 60 fps is 1 frame every 0.0167 seconds, It wouldn't make any difference in visual effect so how would it make doing certain things easier. It would look the exact same at the exact same time to your body.
Also not to mention with a 60hz monitor the screen only displays 60 fps, so if you are running 100000000 fps it will be the exact same as running 60 fps.
