It's very good bang for your buck, the only thing people might knock you on is the case because it doesn't come with many fans but I personally love that case and would've bought it if I had the room.

The build looks good to me.

I assume DDR3-1600 or faster? Those 2nd-gen i5/i7 processors take very small penalties with slower RAM, which you may notice if you want to run some encoding / folding task that will take a really long time. (if you're gaming you won't notice - at least I don't)

Very similar to what I just built this week. I wish I had gone with that mobo, quite frankly, so I think you are in great shape.

I have some pics of my build here Corsair 600T + H80 Build - PICS including a small tip about mounting the H80....make sure you have everything anywhere near the rad & fans mounted before you do the H80, it's a bit tricky to install without a helper around. With 4 hands, it's a breeze. I had to take mine off and reinstall it 2 handed, so I was cursing lol.

Feubarkada, did your rig turn out? I am building a very similiar rig with the same case, and mobo. Did your H80 cooler mount ok in the phantom? I have read conflicting reviews. I have my Asus p8z68 mobo but am about to buy my cooling. H80 or H100. I just want to make sure i don't have mounting problems. I saw one pic of a h100 mounted just below the top fans. I just need a little better security that its going to work before i buy. Also with these H series can i utilize the water cooling grommets provided to route the tubes?

You can't use the watercooling grommets and you really don't need to just mount the H80 on the back as an intake (use it as an intake it won't dump hot air into your case because hot air rises.
