Memory: NCIX.com - Buy Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Vengeance 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Dual Channel Memory Kit - Corsair - CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 - in Canada

Motherboard: NCIX.com - Buy ASUS P8Z68-V Pro Z68 LGA1155 ATX 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2 PCI B3 Motherboard - ASUS - P8Z68-V PRO - in Canada

Video Card: Stick with the 570 or go with the 580 is you have the money NCIX.com - Buy EVGA GeForce GTX 580 Fermi 772MHZ 1536MB GDDR5 2XDVI Mini-HDMI PCI-E Video Card - eVGA - 015-P3-1580-AR - in Canada

PSU: NCIX.com - Buy Corsair Professional Series Gold AX850 CMPSU-850AX 850W ATX Fully Modular 80PLUS Gold Power Supply - Corsair - CMPSU-850AX - in Canada (maybe even a little much, I have dual 580's on mine, but it would give you the headroom to SLI in the future)

SSD: Either stick with the Crucial or go with either of these: (I lean towards Corsair for excellent customer service, and all three are top performers, with the OCZ maybe getting a tiny edge)
NCIX.com - Buy OCZ Vertex 3 Max Iops 240GB 2.5IN SATA3 6Gbps Sandforce SF-2281 Solid State Disk Flash Drive SSD - OCZ Technology - VTX3MI-25SAT3-240G - in Canada
NCIX.com - Buy Patriot PW240GS25SSDR Wildfire Series 240GB 2.5IN SATA3 Solid State Disk Flash Drive SSD - Patriot - PW240GS25SSDR - in Canada
NCIX.com - Buy Corsair Force Series GT 240GB SSD SATA3 Solid State Disk 555MB/S Read Sandforce SF-2200 - Others - CSSD-F240GBGT-BK - in Canada

Now as for a case I would say maybe take a look at some of the Corsair offerings. The 800D or 700D for full tower, or the 650D or 600T for large mid-towers. I know I have the 650D and it is great.

Also I agree with the others on the OS, there really isn't any need for Ultimate, but I think Pro is the way to go.
Good recomendations but.... the Op wants 16GB of ram so it would be these:
NCIX.com - Buy Corsair CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 Vengeance Blue 16GB 4X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Dual Channel Memory Kit - Corsair - CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B - in Canada

or better still the Low Profile version:
NCIX.com - Buy Corsair CML16GX3M4A1600C9B Vengeance Low Profile Blue 16GB 4X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Memory Kit - Corsair - CML16GX3M4A1600C9B - in Canada

As for the SSDs the Corsair GT is very good...but its not as good as the other two. Its a ONFi 2 based SSD, whereas the v3 MI and Wildfire are Toggle Mode NAND based drives. IF the OP has the coin those two or this one would be VERY good choices as well:

NCIX.com - Buy Mushkin Chronos Deluxe 240GB 2.5IN SATA3 Sandforce SF-2281 SSD Solid State Disk Flash Drive - Mushkin Enhanced - MKNSSDCR240GB-DX - in Canada

Great price too....BUT it HAS to be the DELUXE version of the Chronos as the std Chronos version doesnt used Toggle Mode NAND (IIRC).

And like the last poster. +1 on stepping down a couple notches on the OS. Ultimate is not really needed unless you really, really need something only it can offer. I use it because I got technet and have 10 keys of each version of win 7....but I wouldnt pay the MSRP for it!

212+ on sale for 23 and change at directcanada
HYPER 212 PLUS CPU COOLER FOR INTEL & AMD - DirectCanada
Just opened up my case to find one of the plastic arms on the fan is like bent somehow? I blame my rookie implementation of the fan itself.
