Default 1600$ gaming rig help

Hi

I'm trying to figure out a 1600$ gaming rig that will be able to run today's game on max settings
with good average fps. I am new to all this and I'd like to get some help on what components to order.
I'm planing on playing games like crysis and BF3 at 1900x1080 resolution.

I was looking at the 2500k with maybe two 560 ti soc or 2 570. I don't know which one is better though
Any tips will help.

Thanks

My recommendation, prices are approximate.

2500k - $210
Coolermaster V6GT - $55
Mushkin Silverline Stiletto 8GB - $45
GTX 580 - $515
Corsair HX 850W - $170
Gigabyte Z68XP-UD4 or ASUS P8Z68-V Pro - $190
WD Black 1TB - $90
V100 64GB - $80
Any DVD drive $25

That puts you at $1355 + tax and shipping. Add case and OS of your choice

try a 2tb green for storage.
hr-02 macho for cooler.
912 for case.

for single gpu,the 580,at least a good 600 watter like corsair,seasonic...

why not try one 6950 2gb bugffered for now? in the fall, you may look back a bit badly upon the gtx580 or dual 560/570 purchase :)

and welcome aboard!

No he wont, he will have that SSD set up as a caching drive :D If more than 1GB is needed get a second black and raid 0 em. Or just get the 2GB version. I have both, fast drives.

There's no way he'll be able to store all his games & programs installations on anything less than 256 GB, and installing them on a 5400 RPM drive would suck, wont it?

+1 for Eldonko's build. Use the SSD for caching.
