Default New build advice

Hey guys building a new comp and was just kind of wondering if it will all fit together.

So far i have already bought 570 gtx and antec 750w PS

the rest of the stuff would be

Mobo = NCIX.com - Buy Gigabyte Z68X-UD4-B3 ATX LGA1155 Z68 DDR3 2PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI SLI SATA3 USB3.0 Motherboard - Gigabyte - GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 - in Canada $139 after $40 MIR

CPU cooler = NCIX.com - Buy Corsair Cooling Air Series A70 HIGH-PERFORMANCE DUAL-FAN CPU Cooler LGA1155 LGA1156 LGA1366 AM2 AM3 - Corsair - CAFA70 - in Canada $30

CPU = NCIX.com - Buy Intel Core i5 2500K Quad Core Unlocked Processor LGA1155 3.3GHZ Sandy Bridge 6MB - Intel - BX80623I52500K - in Canada $209.99

Ram = NCIX.com - Buy G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Memory - G.Skill - F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL - in Canada price matched to $50.81

Case = NCIX.com - Buy Bitfenix Colossus Venom Edition Black ATX Full Tower Case 7X5.25 1X3.5 7X3.5INT No PS Front USB3.0 - BitFenix - BFC-CLS-600-KKLG1-RP - in Canada price matched to $148.35

Now i was wondering is that CPU Cooler and Ram going to fit with each other it does seem kinda big?

Is there another mobo i should be looking at i wouldn't mind cutting the cost down a bit though i do want to keep the case it just looks so awesome though it is expensive. im open to other cases though im looking for something quite

Also need a monitor at some point though might wait a bit on that

Lots of room in the HAF 912...I like that case almost as much as dan. The only con, if you consider it a con, is that the inside of the case is grey not black. Not much of a con in my book. Coolermaster Haf 912 Black Mid Tower ATX Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 6X3.5INT No PS Front USB Sound - DirectCanada for $49 and change

Find something to take your order over $50 and you get free shipping at DirectCanada...or price match that at NCIX.

As for the motherboard...thats a good deal, but be prepared to wait for 8-12 weeks for a rebate that will likely show up as a prepaid credit card.

There likely will be interference between tha cpu cooler and the ram, just not sure how much.

With that rebate, the MoBo is nice.

With that case and it's over-sized top mounted exhaust fan ( a HUGE fan of this in any case. ) I'd get a Corsair H60 cooler. Better cooling and nearly silent. The forced top exhaust will move enough air over your RAM and MoBo heatsinks to cool them.

If you're not gonna have a case full of fans to control and you don't mind having the USB 3.0 ports at the back, go for a less expensive case.

I hear the H60 pumps can be loud would make for a simpler install over the A70 but at $30 just worried about the size with the ram

Actually the H60 is very quiet in idle, at load it's only the fan which makes itself noticed. My QX9650 @4GHZ never got over 63c w/ prime95 at the stability tests.
