My System Specs

Default New Rig - i7 2600k + P8P67 Deluxe

Friend I work with and who is on this forum pointed me to this hardware as he tested it to be rock solid. I was pretty sold on his specs and wisdom on hardware. I was up in the though about a case but walked into Memory Express and found the Corsair T600. Let me tell ya, it was the easiest case I have ever worked in. Even the builder at the store told me to go with the Corsair over the Cooler Master Sniper that I was eye-ing.

I have a few rough shots from my phone but final pics will be uploaded once I get my Data drives hooked up. (I never rebuild an OS with the data drives plugged in)

My Specs

  • Intel i7 2600k Sandy Bridge
  • Asus P8P67 Deluxe Rev3
  • Corsair H60 Water Cooler
  • Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 RAM
  • Corsair HX 850 Semi Modular PSU
  • EVGA GTX 560 ti SC
  • Corsair T600 Mid Tower

I will post better pics once she is fully complete but looks like Nucleus is coming along real nice. BTW, I had a super scare when she didnt post after putting it all together. It was Midnight and I was tired from putting all my stuff away and cleaning up the cables in the back. Guess you really have to push down that RAM to have it clip in on this board.

Are those Xigmatek white LED 200mm fans? I have two red LED Cooler Master 200mm fans on my HAF 912, but I'd definitely swap them for white LED fans. NCIX only had the blue and red Megaflows plus some NZXT fans which don't have standard 200mm fan mountings when I purchased my system.

Yes they are white. Stock with this particular Corsair case.

I am sure you will enjoy this built, I have a similar one but my mobo is the Pro version. It's a nice rig.

Thanks I think I will. One curious thing though is that when i use the Asus AI Turbo feature for the software to find its own stable OC. After I find the stable stress test using their software and I try to reboot, i loose all the OC'd settings.

Nice build!

I really like the case...I was at MemEx the other day and saw the white T600 and it really looks great in person.

Have you thought about adding a second (matching) fan to your H60 cooler? The push-pull setup improves temps a bit more.

Francis, Took your advice and went picked up a couple of good fans for this build. I now have a push pull system that looks great and actually works well with the built in fan controller on the case.

Nice you got the new white/black case!
What fan are you using on your H60 rad?

Good stuff...and nice to hear it integrates well with the built-in fan controller.

Slippy, I put a White LED Silverstone SST-AP121-WL for the push fan, Antec 120 blue LED to pull. Just to keep in theme with the rest of the aesthetics I have all white fans outside then a blue to go with the shine of the blue on the mobo.
