Enough Watt?

Can I get the full potential out of my system with my beQuiet! 680W power supply CM?

Now everything is running fine
in My System Specs you see everything.

If I were to replace that with a GTX 580 for example, will I be able to overclock everything to it's max still? Or is 680W too low??

You need a PSU no lower than a 750W for a single GTX 580 video card.

Not true,
Nvidia in their over estimation only call for a 700 on the GTX590.

You could power a 580 with a quality 650 and still OC it.
Check SKY's power consumption charts with his Heavily OC'd system in the 580 Review.

AMD Radeon HD 6670 1 GB Review - Page 20/26 | techPowerUp

i expect your system with a 580 stock(or not extreme cpu oc) to suck around 450-500 watts

in normal gaming mode.
