Default HAF 912 painted / new build i5-2400

Thanks for all the help choosing the components! Now before the build, we decided to paint the Coolermaster HAF 912 case with some chameleon spray paint that color shifts from blue to purple ($14 a can at Lowes Hardware). The case was disassembled. Prep included masking off the back of the side panels with painters tape and paper; and the covering the case frame with tape and 2 garbage bags to expose just the top of the case. A light sand with 400 grit sand paper and a palm sander was all the prep done. I had a hard time getting the paint to not have shiny and dull spots (overspray ?) but did several coats and finally put a clear coat on top of the paint. The front of the 912 has a black plastic grill and we decided to paint the bay doors silver and there is a plastic fan grid that pops out that was also painted silver. Getting a little strange, we masked the DVD drive door and button and shot a coat of silver on the black face. More pics after it is all together.

Dull spots can happen if you're painting while the ambient air is cold or you are not at the correct distance while spraying making the paint droplets to harden before it meets the surface. My only complaint is that the interior of the case is not painted black. Nevertheless your casing would look stunning with that chameleon color paint.
