When it come to Video card I'm more for the Green team (Nvidia) than the Red Team (AMD/ATI)

If you do not intend to overclock you could save a few bucks by getting a H67 motherboard instead which is more suited for a non K processor. The only drawback is that H67 does not have PCIE 8x8x if you intend to SLi in the future. But the motherboard that you choose only has PCIE at 16x4x. You can consider getting the H67 if you do not intend to OC and SLi or the P67 with PCIE 8x8x to not OC and SLi.

Newegg.ca - ASUS P8H67-M LE (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Newegg.ca - MSI H67MA-E45 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Newegg.ca - GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD4-B3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Newegg.ca - MSI P67A-GD53 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

If you do not intend to do a SLi then the current motherboard that you have is sufficient and get a GTX580 instead to fully utilize your PSU and have the best possible GPU for a single GPU configuration.

Lightning TwinFrozr III for $10 more at NCIX and Newegg. Overall a very elegant build. All parts should be very quite and pack a serious punch. Clearly you've done your homework on this one!

Well you did state that you didn't want to OC but nevermind. It is a good feature to have when you need the extra power next time. Time to build your rig
