It's not shown in the list above. But I made another Video Card change to save some money.

I decided to go with this..
Gigabyte Radeon HD 6970 900MHZ 2GB 5.5GHZ GDDR5 2XDVI HDMI Display Port PCI-E DIRECTX11 Video Card - DirectCanada

Instead of this..
MSI GeForce GTX 580 Twin Frozr II OC 800MHZ 1536MB GDDR5 2XDVI Mini-HDMI PCI-E DirectX 11 Video Card - DirectCanada

Good choice as well but the lower price also comes with slightly lower performance. Either the GTX580 or the HD6970 will be able to max out pretty much any games you throw at it with reasonably high FPS.

2nded but make sure the model you are going for is know for unlockability (reference designs)

Also get rid of that A70, such an overpriced under performing cooler! consider these three:

NH-D14 @90$
Silver Arrow @66$
H212+ @23$

Imo best bang for buck amongst these coolers is the Silver Arrow but even with the H212+ and a 2nd fan you would be getting performance on par with the A70 for much cheaper with much better mounting!

yeah, the a70 may look cool but it certainly isn't the best performer (this coming from someone who has one)... I'd go with a Noctua brand heatsink, since you won't be OCing. They are pretty quiet Or, if you want to spend less the H212+ is godlike.

Are the All-in-one Hydro CPU Coolers better than the Air CPU Coolers.

If so, Which one would you suggest ?

they are better than alot of air coolers but much weaker/louder than air coolers at the SAMe PRICE POINT...in my opinion they are a gimmick unless used in a build where an air cooler wouldn't fit.
