My only suggestion, is grab Corsair or Antec for the PSU. Avoid the OCZ and CM ones.

Otherwise although the cost and warranty of things is obviously different for you there. (ASUS is 3 years in Canada here). Grab whatever has the best warranty coverage

And The 6870 and 560 are pretty close in terms of performance. Though I find nVIdia's driver support to be light years ahead of ATi.

Both would work for your rig very well as the 650W is enough to support GTX560 Ti dual SLi and the 750W is overkill for a GTX560 Ti dual SLi. If you are willing to have a 100W extra headroom get the 750W but at a premium of $40.

My choice would be with the 650W which I find it sufficient even if you decided to run the Core i5 2500K at OC speeds 24/7.

In my own eyes, I would suggest getting the 750, it will run cooler beacuse it won't be closer to its max output (not that your setup will majorily stress a 650). But the Extra headroom is always nice to have.

Only if you could find a Corsair that is priced the same with Antec at 750W. If you couldn't find or don't want to find it then the Antec would do just fine.

the earthwatts were made by either seasonic(same as some corsairs) or delta. either or solid units.
and the corsairs are good,of course.

i would go with the 650 v2 perhaps, although the earthwatts are quieter, in my humble opinion
