Asus P67 Revolution comes to mind. The best overclocking P67 motherboard is the MSI Big Bang Marshal, should it fit in your case.

If you're doing anything other than heavy multi-tasking, then a 1,600MHz is plenty. You could opt for CL8 to gain some advantage in video encoding, but don't obsess over it if a CL9 kit is much cheaper.
