Good except for the RAM and the PSU.
You can find factory-OCed 5770s that are better than that HIS unit. That proc isn't all that expensive.

Look what I just order last week from New Egg for my server, and it's in stock in the Toronto warehouse

Newegg.ca - SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

I will avoid recertified HD especially from New Egg, their packaging is very poor, the HD are loose in the box, so I worry also about the way they handle it in the warehouse.

Yeah avoid the "Green" drives if it's going to be your only hard drive. And I'd definitely avoid re-certified hard drives....

My Seagates that I got back from Seagate (RMA) were re-certified and died within hours.

I don't know anything about this case, but its intake and exhaust appear to be very restrictive. Upon first glance, I would avoid it.

HWC member ilya recently recommended this case which looks pretty good for the price:
Zalman Z9 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case Black 3X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PS W/ Fan Controller & Temp Display - DirectCanada

Here is another great looking inexpensive case:
Buy Silverstone Technology [PS04B] Silverstone Precision PS04B ATX Black Mid Tower Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PS

As discussed here:

http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum...case-35-a.html

As an alternative to a new in box budget build, have you considered taking advantage of some of the great Buy/Sell & Trade - Hardware Canucks deals? You might find some premium hardware at budget prices.

for msi, gd65 and up are beasts. depending what you wanna do with it,
you may take a look at intel too. id personally cheap out on a case and get a better psu
if budget was that tight, or get a better cpu+mobo combo :)
