that gpu is ok, but too expensive for its performance level

try a ps04b or 912 for case

try an enermax or seasonic 400 or so watts in that price range, they have it in stock

nice cooler, but if you wont go for a crazy oc maybe spend more towards a better gpu.

ok.. as for my gpu i cant find better bang for buck than that one...
BFG GeForce GTX 260 OC MAXCORE 55 (D) (BFGEGTX260MC896OCDE) GTX 260 Chipset (590Mhz) Shader Clock (1296Mhz) 896MB GDDR3 (1998Mhz) Dual Dual-Link Display PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card | Canada Computers
but idk about warranty cuz BFG is out...

i dont really care about look of the case... im just looking for good air flow

i wanna keep the 500w psu because its cheap and (if i trust the reviews from neweggs) reliable

and finally for the cooler i'll probably OC the cpu @ 4.0GHz so...

Enermax is good, yes, but I'd rather pay $3 more for 95 more watts. And, your case seems to be out of stock, might wanna check something else out.
