lLooking for advice

I am looking to build a new box and wanted some input/help.
My current cpu is an e6750 with 4mb of ram and it is starting to go.
The only parts I am looking to use that I have are:
Seagate 7200.12 1tb
PSU Silverstone 550W 80plus
EVGA GTS450
I have a budget of around $1000 and will be using the new build for primarily gaming.
I may oc but if I do I will get a CM Hyper 212 +.
I live minutes away from a Memory Express so they will be my primary retailer.

really easy. 2500k on whatever mobo you like(p not h) and dont use the 'bad ports'

4 gigs or more of ram.

haf 912/ps04b for case

you can actually get a 6950 2gb in your budget really easy. keep the 450 for physx

get a 64 gig ssd,itll make a difference. get a v6gt for cooler, again because budget permits.
