Smile Cooling

In my experience, which isn't vast, but I'm always trying to improve cooling to be able to do more, I've had a # of coolers. The V6GT was way too loud for me! My best results actually came from the Ultra Chilltec Thermal
Electric cooler. Cpu @ 4.0 and temps idling around 27 C.

The 5.25" panel temperature reading doesn't match real temps, so if you get one, do put on the alarm and don't trust the readings!

Have yet to try the V8, but the V6 actually performs better if I remember correctly. Recently purchased the V10, but haven't had a chance to put it thru its paces.

Good luck and let us know what you finally decide on,plz.

Default

I have the V8 on my current setup in my sig and my temps right now are
17c 18c 17c 18c pretty well on idle but in gaming they are still low
as i have the thermaltake armour with 3 120s in front 1 120s in rear
and 1 x 92 in rear and top
also the 120 on the cpu in the V8
