Default Cheap-O build opinions

So my uncle's computer is officially borked to the nines. no video output and a crappy hard drive are to blame, so im already lookin into a new computer for him and his family. The primary use of this PC will be just generic use (web browsing, text documents, downloading, etc...).This is what I have so far.

EDITED AS OPINIONS COME

CPU: Newegg.ca - AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor ADX250OCGMBOX

MOBO: Newegg.ca - BIOSTAR A880G+ AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

RAM: Newegg.ca - Kingston ValueRAM 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model KVR1066D3K2/2GR

CASE/PSU Combo: Newegg.ca - IN WIN Z583T.CQ350TBL Black / Silver Steel MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case 350W Power Supply

HDD: Newegg.ca - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

OPTICAL: Newegg.ca - LITE-ON Black 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA CD/DVD Burner - Bulk - CD / DVD Burners

Grand Total (with Shipping): $353.03

If you find anything wrong with this, suggest something better. Just keep in mind that I not only want this to last them, but I want it to be very affordable as well. Also not stuck to shopping at Newegg either, just used it for the better search engine :P

I'd get this instead of the Sempron:
Newegg.ca - AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor ADX250OCGMBOX

Drop the Ram to 2Gb, 4Gb is complete overkill for a 'net box.

Oh and please Don't buy a Rosewill... Anything. Incredibly low quality.
I'd get an Inwin like this: (There are many variants around the same price)
Newegg.ca - IN WIN Z583T.CQ350TBL Black / Silver Steel MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case 350W Power Supply

Or if i had some spare money in the budget:
Newegg.ca - Antec NSK 4482B Black 0.8mm cold rolled steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 380W Power Supply

I was thinkin about the Dual-Core, but didn't think it was overly necessary for this.

Also, Ill change to this ram: Newegg.ca - Kingston ValueRAM 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model KVR1066D3K2/2GR

Will look into the case, and see if the new changes can afford the Antec
