Default Building a brand new pc!

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.
->I am going to use my pc for programming, Streaming, new games like napoleon total war and football manager..., INTERNET browsing, sometimes video editing and photo shop.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread
-> My budget is actually 1500 Euros MAX, If possible A LOT CHEAPER :D.

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
-> Probably the Netherlands because in Belgium is it rather expansive. If you have other shops that are not located in these areas then i can consider buying it from there. Netherlands shops(Azerty.nl,Salland.eu,...)

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc, etc, etc, you get the picture.
-> I like intel and cooler master. But i don't have actually a brand preference!

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
-> I have a card reader and 2 times HDD seagate barracuda 250 Gb.

6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.
->Yes i did, I made even a list!

I am not sure about the video card, RAM, DVD player.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
-> Nop

8. WHEN do you plan to build it?
-> About 2 weeks

9. What resolution do you use?
