Most AMD boards can run 1080p playback smoothly, I've researched the hell out of it and the 880gma gigabyte I ordered can via the hdmi output that's why I bought it :)

Case : Coolermaster Haf 912 Black Mid Tower ATX Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 6X3.5INT No PS Front USB Sound

TOTAL : 660.94$

I would pay the extra 60$ and get a way better computer, also id probably swap out that power supply as its web only
i wanted to put some g.skill rip jaws in there but it was sold out

edit : i noticed that you included windows and a dvd rw in yours, as i don't use a dvd rw and i have an msdn subscription i dont buy either, so it would be like another 17$ for a dvd rw and 100$ for windows :(

I think with the limit in your budget you would be better off buying used components either from this forum or RFD. Seeing as you're not looking for the latest out there except for maybe the 6850 which you would have to get off an online store most likely. I think you would be able to get more stuff and save a bit more for any upgrades you've been thinking off.
