If you want sli I would seriously concider going with Intel and some P55 mobo that are sli capable that beat these AMD mobo. But well if we carry on on that line with that mobo this is the change I would do. Ripjaw is G.skill bottom line. I would get something more agressive like the Flare series.
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Flare 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1800 (PC3 14400) Desktop Memory Model F3-14400CL9D-4GBFLS

Also add a good aircooler to that like a 212 + for around 30$ or something bigger and OC the hell out of it.

Finally if you want to game I would stay away from USB wireless, I would stay away from wireless at all. If you have no other option then, remember that you get what you pay for so question yourself about a 19$ N adapter. I would get something like this one.
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Flare 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1800 (PC3 14400) Desktop Memory Model F3-14400CL9D-4GBFLS

Ask if you need more;)

Just confirming you are from the US since you use newegg.com?
For gaming I5 is enough. And since 1155 and 2011 ( next intel socket ) are on the corner don't pay for a I7 maybe upgrade later?
Look at these one

MOBO:
Newegg.com - ASUS P7P55D-E Pro LGA 1156 Intel P55 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Newegg.com - MSI P55-GD80 LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD4P LGA 1156 Intel P55 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard w/ USB 3.0 & SATA 6 Gb/s
Newegg.com - ASUS SABERTOOTH 55i LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard
I just saw the next asus is open box so maybe not? that's only personal preference. I prefer buy used from the owner than open box.
Newegg.com - Open Box: ASUS Maximus III Formula LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard

Memory :
Newegg.com - G.SKILL PI 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL6D-4GBPI
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Trident 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-4GBTD
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Trident+ Turbulence II Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000) Desktop Memory Model F3-16000CL9D-4GBTDD
Newegg.com - G.SKILL PIS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000) Desktop Memory Model F3-16000CL9D-4GBPIS

CPU :
Newegg.com - Intel Core i5-760 Lynnfield 2.8GHz 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80605I5760
Newegg.com - Intel Core i7-870 Lynnfield 2.93GHz 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor BX80605I7870

My fav would be MSI mobo or Gigabyte MOBO + 760 ( 8 logical core is useless for gaming so 870 is not worth it ) and any of these memory. That will be a killer build for your game!

And don't forget to add a cooler to OC it a bit

Just saw that you need wireless so if you want to GAME via wi-fi get one of those
Newegg.com - D-Link DWA-556 IEEE 802.11n (draft) IEEE 802.11g IEEE 802.11b PCI Express Xtreme Desktop Adapter Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA, WPA2)
Newegg.com - D-Link DWA-552 IEEE 802.11g, IEEE802.11n Draft 2.0 32-bit PCI Xtreme Desktop Adapter Up to 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA, WPA2)
If you don't want to game via wi-fi.
Just get some good G/N PCI card.
Get USB in last resort like if you have no moremoney but concider PCI before USB.

very few have perhaps taken the nv chipset route in this day and age, save for a few lower end integrated video boards.

as per above keep ud3/4p on top of your list and get an i3 530/540 whichever is cheaper/in stock.

The UD4P is a sure value. I am myself using a UD5 ( themodel just over ) and I have been using a UD3 ( under ) for some time and they are great but, overclock well and have a shitload of feature. But I have to say thatthe MSI is tempting. It's a long time since I played with their board but for thepast 2 years they have drop some awesome product. If you want some well known product, UD4P.

Also, read the book coming with the board ;) 1156 is a bit special on memory :)
