thats funny, i was about to change the videocard to a 6850, uhhh, i was thinking later on i would crossfire with another and i accidently posted the wrong harddrive lol

no worries. going back to the psu, decent brands do what the sticker on the side of the unit says it does.

basically youre looking at around 250-300 watts with high clocks on the 12v.

well, lets do some math. look at the links, only at load figures and no oc on them. add them up. add another 50 watts for sakes sake. we're talking about watts used on the 12v rail of the psu. add another 50 watts for cpu and another 50 watts for gpu, clocking.

thats the most youll need with some big overclocks. now, its not good to max a psu 100% 24/7, not all will last. keep it around 80 [percent if you wish and you'll be mighty fine
