+1 on the P7P55D-E Pro

+1 on the Gigabyte UD4 as well, but it's the same motherboard except the software and setup. 10$ wouldn't make it better if you are more comfortable with Asus.

He also say he want sli on asus under 200 so this is the only option if he don't want to get the assle of mail in rebate.

NCIX.com - Buy ASUS P7P55D Evo LGA1156 P55 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 PCI SLI CrossFireX 8SATA GBLAN 1394 Motherboard - P7P55D EVO In Canada.

Edit : I just see thatyou want to put drive in raid 0. Then look at a controller card ( not a cheap one but a real one with a controller on the card ). I've been working in computer for so long and troubleshoot to many dead raid 0 due to mobo flaw that I am not comfortable to tell you that a raid 0 is safe on board.

I know, I know you want an ASUS board, OK, go for a P7P55D-E Pro (reviews), but a much smarter choice would be to go for a MSI P55A-GD65 (reviews) which is in fact a P55-GD85 with SATA 6Gbps and USB3.0 !!!
The ASUS Maximus III Formula unfortunately isn't as good as you would except, at least that's what most reviews are saying
