1055 is the choice for now. fx is nice, but unless you got the 100 and change error priced one on the egg a while ago? dont bother.

yes, the msi fx was on there for like 109.99 or close to that. some guy here posted in the deals section, a few ppl got lucky sobs :D

by the time i was considering my next build it was back to original price. i remember i got an m12d for..hmm..must've been 69.99 or 79.99 due to pricing error. just dont think, get it.

well ok, i got an old PSU and MB(older asus M2N-SLI Deluxe) laying around, might just pick up an X2 or x4 and see if it will work in it using beta bios while i wait to see the next gen intell stuff

smartest move you could make. why not pick up a 60 dollar 240? nice duallie, with decent cooling it will do a good..hmm...3.5? or so.

yeah, been looking at getting ither the AMD Athlon II x4 635(103$) or the AMD Athlon II X2 250(65$), 40$ extra for a quad...

also found the Corsair HX750W for 150$ so might get that too, and the Hyper 212+ should keep either of those cool.

the corsair is nice, bt priceyyy....try to snatch one in super uber price error and or special :)

time and time again i tell people. you buy amd mobo+cpu = same cash for intel cpu lol. sure the intel one is better overall performing, but fudge that lol. i dont have(well i do but its for a bud) 530 duallie from intel just because of it being more expensive than an amd quad hehe

well been pondering my options, the X4 635 and the XFX 750W Black edition looks good to me, with a 212+(with dual r4 fans) it all comes in at 250+Tx+shipping(under 290$).

should be a decent system even with the outdated MB(if not ill pick up some cheap mobo) while the newer stuff comes out.

are you 100% set in stone over that xfx? wait for a deal on an md12 850w. 100-120$

not set in stone, just need a PSU, i currently don't have a PSU in stock to power my 275 at the moment so the pc is sleeping, and its only 115$ for the XFX.

a Seasonic M12D? if i could find it at under 120$ id get it, but cant find them, under 180$ atm, depends how often they get at that price, not sure if i would would have the patience to wait too long.

also, newegg as SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB for only 64$, they are perty good drives right?
