Super Budget Build - Just looking for mobo\cpu\psu

Hi Guys, i'm helping out a friend of mine who has a few parts and wants to build a pc for simply surfing the internet / listening to music

Currently he has
- case
- 2gig ddr2 kingston ram
- 1x 640 gig WDBlack
- cd/dvd drive
- Windows XP license

Need to find
- powersupply
- motherboard
- cpu

Looking to hopefully spend as little as possible with no preference on amd or intel. Also wouldn't mind if the parts could be purchased locally at Memory Express Computer Products Inc. - Canada's Source for Computers, Laptops, Monitors & more... but if better deals are at NCIX etc.. i will order. Lets try to keep the budget maybe around 150 or 200. How low can we go

celly 3300 and a g31/41 giga board, bout 100 for both. should clock way past 3ghz on stock cooling. psu wise dont skimp out, the above is a very strong unit and can take a dedicated gpu later on, just do your math juice wise.

To be honest, that is a very solid budget build. Normally I would go to an hd 3200 integrated graphics chip, but given it will be for internet use this board will be fine and saves a few bucks. Processor is great, but if you have a few extra dollars I would go to an athlon II x3 440/445 (just a little more future proof). Good power supply, but the same one does often go on sale for under $50.

I got my dad a celly and g41s-k and logisys psu/case for 70 bucks, a 7200.12 1tb for 50, and 2gb of ddr2 for 20 used. Total cost was around $150 for a complete machine.

I basically just took the cheapest decent set of components that Memory Express sells.
