Like I said, tell me where you want to buy from and I'll pick out a PSU for you from the selection that they offer.

The Hyper 212+ is an excellent CPU heatsink, as the performance is good, and it can accommodate an extra fan for a 'push/pull' intake for even better cooling. Do not concern yourself with a third party RAM heatsink, or a GPU heatsink, as neither is necessary for your configuration.

CORSAIR XMS3 Dominator DDR3 DIMM 4GB kit pc3 12800 1600mhz 1.8 volts

keeping in mind i ordered phenom ii 1055t 6 core instead of phenom ii x4 965

sempifer dude, which online store do you plan from ordering your parts?

im guessing newegg?

if you stick to one 460, then try this Newegg.com - Antec EarthWatts EA-500D Green 500W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

or maybe this Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply

although the erathswatts is nicely priced.
