Great! I know it's a fair bit more but consider the 80gb. You should leave at least 10% free to prevent cell degradation, thus prolonging the life of the SSD. I loaded 7 Ult and it took up over 30 gb loading only it and other essentials on a 60gb. Maybe you could send a pm to AkG regarding SSDs as he's the resident SSD expert. Mention that I told you to pm him so he knows why.

Back to school and gaming really shouldn't be in the same sentence. But the heatsink your suggesting is pretty big, and has trouble fitting sometimes. I recommend a smaller one to save yourself the hassle.

Lol I know but you know this comp will aslo be used for school (... yeah right). You got a suggestion for the heatsink in the same price range or less and as good ?

This weekend I might make a move and start ordering a few components but before I do I want your opinions. I droppped from a i7 930 to a i5 750 and I will most likely be buying a Sli setup of 460's or 465's. I'm still lost PSU wise so if there's a goood one around on sale don't hesitate same goes for GPU. Finally if anyone know where a Quebec student can get Windows 7 at a discount price please tell me.

yes, or get a 1156 mobo

im no big fan of the 750. rather expensive for 4 cores, and no hyperthreading either .

if you didnt blow your budget on case (looks yo!) you could get better hardware to booth with :)

d14 is a beast. but do you need it? seasonic is a solid unit, get it i nspecial if possible. even with an sli 460 setup it wont break a sweat.

Nah I don't think I need d14 but I really don't know another good CPU cooler, Coolermaster maybe ?

2xGTX 460 Kick ass. OC them to 800/2000 and you got you're a winner. I'am coming from a 2x5850 setup and i found 2xGTX 460 better. PhysX is not a req,but it's cool to see running in Mafia2 and Batman...

With that you can get a good 650W PSU and it will do the trick (since the total system power draw will be about 390W)
