If all they need it is for internet, hell you could use a P3 system. But I bet I can beat all of you.

I'd skip the logisys case and go for a Antec 300 with a Sparkle 400w PSU and the rest is perfectly fine.

Now you linked first generation atom. Gotta say that i wouldnt use a 230 for web browsing, and light multi-tasking because i was able to put the 330 through its paces and at times it did have a slight time keeping up to multiple web pages, steam, trillian, winamp.

I'd still recommend if you're going small form factor atom that you go with the atom 330:

NCIX.com - Buy Zotac MAG HD-ND01-U Atom 330 2GB 160GB GBLAN WiFi 4-IN-1 Card Reader VGA HDMI All-in-One Mini PC - MAGHD-ND01-U In Canada. 300$ after 20$MIR

NCIX.com - Buy Acer R3610 Revo Intel Atom 330 2GB 160GB NVIDIA ION HDMI eSATA 802.11N GbE Windows 7 Home Premium - PT.SCX02.053 In Canada. 330$

I would say go with Rapmaster's build. It's cheap, fast and should be fairly furure-proof if you want to upgrade processor later on.

An alternate idea, if you're truly open to any option, would be to look at the "Zino HD" mini desktops at Dell.ca. Yes, it's a dell, but Dell's have gotten far better in recent times and the Zino's perform decently as well. Just another idea.
