Motherboard: EVGA x58 3x sli classified(E760) or look at the Asus ROG Rampage 3 Extreme, as another member suggested, its an awesome board!

Ram: Corsair 12GB 3x4GB Dominator GT kit, with or without Airflow unit.

HDD: Keep the 2 WD Caviar Black 1TB and get a Corsair, OCZ or Intel SSD as another member suggested

Case: CM HAF 932, this case is good, take a look at the HAF X like another member suggested as its a wonderful case and really has a HUGE potential in water cooling if you decide to do that later on.

Cpu Cooler:- CM Hyper 212 Plus, PM to $20-30 an add 2nd fan for $10

PSU: Keep the Corsair AX 1200W, Its modular, Gold rated and is have enough power for your needs

Monitor: Samsung BX2240X 24in 1920x1080 5ms LED LCD or XL2370 23in 1920x1080 2ms LED LCD

Fan controller:-NZXT Sentry LX or Sentry 2

Everything looks great, good luck with your build

Really can't tell for sure unless you know what you'll do with this rig. I'll assume it's for gaming. Doh!

Correction: 12GB RAM 4GBx3
Motherboard: Asus Rampage III motherboard Extreme (Near perfect)
Case: SilverStone Fortress FT02 Case (better cooling, more quite, just need to check if the cards will fit)
SSD: Crucial RealSSD C300 256GB (Best SSD so far)
Cooler: Crosair A70 (Best cooling/noise)
Monitor: HP ZR30w (half an Ares would be enough for the 23" Samsung!!
3 x 1600 resolution displays would make Ares on Crossfire barely sweat

If you're willing to invest in a display like that, you could cut some corners.

Maybe the 256 ssd to 128 because other than the OS, applications and few games, storing other types of data on a ssd is not that beneficial.

The Sapphire Toxic 4GB has a slightly slower clock but is Quieter, cooler and less expensive, but the Ares is something else really. A collector's item.

Love the CPU but 1000$ saved and spent on a worthy display for your GPU will yield better gaming results.

Imperator Mouse has the same performance as the Mamba minus the wireless and packaging, but that too is a collector's item.
