Hello, can someone help me with this build, is it working or not, can I have better or same quality but cheaper parts.

i say stick with your old drive for the moment and get a 768/1gb gtx460


cpu+mobo i say go amd 240/250 wichever is in stock and a nice giga matx, should be around 120-130

rams expensive, try to find used.

I like your choice of hardware. I would look at getting some different ram. I'm a Mushkin fan myself as they are great memory with lifetime warranty. They are well respected by everyone I've ever dealt with and are great for overclocking, as well as being durable.
I looked on the Canada Computers website and found their redlines for a good price. A lot of the HWC members also like G Skill because of cost and performance. Have a look at Corsair, Silverstone, and a few other psus.
Corsair power supplies are another durable and well respected piece of hardware. I use both items mentioned and haven't had so much as a hint of trouble from them. Check out the Buy/Sell/Trade section for possible savings on quality components at great prices.

Get a 500GB Caviar Black instead, it's quite fast for a mechanical drive.
You said you wanted Intel but AMD has some pretty good chips/boards at the lower end of the spectrum.
Go with a more high quality PSU even if you have to sacrifice some wattage.
