I think you nailed pretty much everything there. I'd personally change the motherboard to the P6X58D-E though just for the better slot spacing.

Trying to get this all figured out by sometime late august early September. so I have a bit of time before I decide. trying to see all the options I have.

The only thing i would change is the PSU. For the 2 460's i don't think you need anymore then a Corsair HX750 as the 460s do not support tri-SLI.

Smile New Builds

+1 for the P6X58D-E. It gives the slot space, good support for gaming with the chipset and while I haven't looked at the Gigabyte board, this one offers new usb and sata 3. I have this board and find it easy to work with. In the end it's your choice. Good luck, enjoy the build and the resulting system!
