Ya ugly case but has many good points. Like dust filters, 2 144mm or 120mm fan mounts on top of case, 2 120mm or 92 or 80 fan mounts on side of case, cutout for CPU backplate, holes for wire management, black interior, 7 hard drive bays with rubber on the rails bottom PSU with rubber stand off's and dust filter. All in all it's a very good case for the original price of $44.99.
And ya I don't like mail in rebates either.

I though there was, seems strange to put one for the PSU and not the front intake?

the 5.25 covers themselves have small holes=filters. pci covers too. top fan holes? thats another thing lol.
if you have nothing blowing out, be sure to collect mount vesuvio very fast in there

I don't know why some manufacturers put in dust filters for some fans and none for others. Case in point, the Antec 300 doesn't have a filter for the side fan so the case still gets dusty.

I personally went with a Phenom II X2 550 and OC'ed it to 3.7ghz. Went with it over the Athlon II X4 630 because most games seem to perform better on Phenoms despite only 2 cores. My cores didn't unlock either. I have the non-BE edition though.

There's a $20 mail in rebate, and I'm sure price matching at NCIX with other stores will yield a better discount. Oh and the parts that say on Back Order are actually in stock at some stores.



Pretty much the same, some price matching done, but with an OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W instead, and NZXT Vulcan case (price is same so it is interchangeable). $20 mail in rebate on the OCZ RAM.

I would change the PSU. I highly recommend Seasonic, Antec, Enermax, and XFX. I personally dislike OCZ PSU's, but if you want to go with it its your choice.
