I am not buying everything on newegg, the links were just for reference. As for the CPU, I am getting it on newegg as a combo deal with my mobo (havn't actually paid for it yet = P, still deciding ...), so Im saving about ~$25 (so difference between 1050T would be about $40, otherwise I would have considered it).

The RAM I am not sure about, so it is still up in the air.

The PSU I have been debating over, I was trying to find a deal on the modular version but have not found one within the range of consideration. (Need at least 750W, just in case I decide to add more video cards).

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, Keep them coming.

Sorry for the double post.
Thanks to all you guys, I have changed my build once again:

CASE : COOLEMASTER CM 690 II ADVANCED
CPU : AMD PHENOM X4 965BE
HS : COOLEMASTER HYPER 212+
TIM : TUNIQ TX-2 THERMAL COMPOUND
MOBO : GIGABYTE GA-890FXA-UD5
RAM :G.SKILL F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM RIPJAWS
GPU : XFX Nvidia 9500+ (Planning to use old GPU for now ...)
PSU : CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX
HDD : SAMSUNG SPINPOINT F3
OPTICAL : SONY OPTIARC 24x DVD/CD RW

I calculated the final price of the build and its ~$900 build.

Any more suggestions before I finalize the build and start purchasing parts?
