For the PSU definitely go with the Corsair, as for the motherboard, go with either of the 2, both great companies anyways. And for the cooler, the Titan seems quite difficult to get, but if you get your hands on one, the cooling is great.

For the price, the Xiggie is an excellent cooler. Similar to the Hyper 212+, but does not have a backplate, and pushpins suck. You can get their crossbow kit that works with the S1283, but that increases the costs, making the 212+ a better value. I also vastly prefer the fan mounting system on the 212, and it includes the extra brackets for a push/pull. If you can find the CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ in the UK, it's well worth a gander. Here's what it looks like NCIX.com - Buy Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus Direct Touch 4 Heatpipe Heatsink AM2 AM3 LGA1366 LGA775 LGA1156 120MM - RR-B10-212P-GP In Canada.
And from overclockers.co.uk - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus (Socket AM2/AM2+/AM3/775/1156/1366) [RR-B10-212P-GP] Cooling CPU Coolers
Never used the Fenrir, but it's quite highly rated, probably a better performing unit by a degree or two. Unless you're going for real extreme OC's, the less expensive units will serve you well.

For the case, make sure it's the new one. Scan.co.uk: RC-692-KKN2 - Coolermaster CM 690 II Advanced, Black, Mid Tower Case w/o PSU

Definitely the Corsair.
