what corners can i cut? sorry noob question:ph34r:
and ncix doesn't seem to supply he PSU that i originally which wanted which was corsair, should i just order it from newegg??

Noctua.at - sound-optimised premium components "Designed in Austria"!
RAM clearance should be ok according to Noctua.
EDIT: The XFX is the Seasonic M12D, same OEM as the Corsair HX850 IIRC. The PSU is fine, just PM to cut costs.

http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=11...anufacture=MSI

NCIX.com - Buy ASUS M4A89TD Pro AM3 DDR3 AMD 890FX SB850 ATX 2PCI-E16 PCI-E4 PCI-E1 2PCI 6SATA 6GB/S Motherboard - M4A89TD PRO In Canada.

a good 50 bucks below . not as killer. unless you need all the pci-e slots offered on that chipset type :)

cpu wise...hmm..quads do better in some games, not all tough.

get maybe a smalled ssd(cheaper) and a 1-2tb for storage.

nice case. you have looked at the new 690's or maybe the 922? :)

how much are you going to push your cpu? that cooler is very nice, altough a 212+ pm'ed is around 50+ cheaper lol

think of it as moving budget around, i the end getting you(on average) more fps.

I highly agree with Dan here on the heatsink. The Hyper 212+ is a beast for the price and paired with two CM R4 fans (Ends up around $30 total, and you end up with an extra case fan), it will be good for all but the highest of overclocks. (Keeping my i7 @ 3.8 with shitty high volts at >80C while folding).
As well, I'm in the group of people who think Dominator RAM is useless. No way you should spend $200 on 4GB of RAM. Get a good set of G.Skills which will perfom just as good for $50-$75 less.
And I'm always going to suggest a Gigabyte mobo because they've treated me well for all of my PCs (minus my one DFI board, which I hate)

When I get home from work (approx 2 hours), I'll edit this post with the parts that I suggest for your build. I think you can do a hell of a lot better for ~$2200.
