tiny little thing about the hexa cores, you guys know how to tell 95w vs 125w appart right?
the 95w one might oc better, probably cooler by a few degrees, and so on

The 95W may be a little cooler, but may not necessarily be a better OCer. High leakage chips can overclock really well as well. Jody loved our i7 920s :)

generaly amd chips run cooler than intel chips, amd making the quad core have a default 140w makes it a better ocer because you can overclock more without changing your watts... and with this cooler:
Noctua NH-D14

it will run cool!

Don't forget the pics. Some benchmarks would be cool as well. Aren't they the same socket anyway? Just drop a hexa in it later.

true that, i sounded like such a stupid guy when i asked that compatible question after
but realy i don't think all need the hexa core unless next gen games will need those 2 extra cores:P and may as well save that extra hundred bucks which would of just paid for 2 cores i didn't need now there going an ssd!!
but the sad part is that im only building it up this summer 1 1/2 more months to go can't wait

Yeah, I hear ya. I'm just waiting for a SSD and some memory. I'm about 1 1/2 months ahead of your build, because my parts are ordered and being shipped. I love the new build addiction. Only problem is where to put them or what to do with them. Built a few and sold to family and friends. Enjoy!!!
