Default Budget Build - College Student!!!

Hey guys, just want to say you've got a great community here. Been a long time follower of HWC through redflagdeals, first time posting though.

So I'm building a computer for the first time, though I like to think I'm somewhat knowledgeable when it comes to putting them together and such. I've replaced my old computer's 3500+ with a 4600+ last year but that thing is getting long in the tooth (S939). I finally bit the bullet and decided to upgrade. Just looking for some advice on a case I guess, no idea when it comes to them. I go to school in upstate NY but live in Mississauga so I can buy from either. My budget is pretty much as cheap as I can get, so this is kind of a long time coming as I get parts cheap. Currently, I have purchased / reusing:

AMD Phenom X4 945
MSI 790x-G45 Xfire(package with processor, cost $140 together from frys.com AR)
Corsair XMS3 TW3X4G1333C9AG 4GB Dual Channel DDR3 RAM - - PC10666 - $70 after CB and rebate
WD 500GB HD
WD 1.5TB Green HD
Monitor is a Westinghouse L2410NM - 1920x1200 res
Keyboard and mouse
IDE DVD burner (considered just replacing for $20)
OCZ StealthXStream 500w
Galaxy 9800gt Low Power
So with that I believe I still need a case. I want something that is quiet and small. I've looked at the Cooler Master Elite 360, which I can get for ~$30 here. Also, is it worth it to get a new DVD burner and will my current PSU be enough for all this? Comments on the build are welcome as well, nothing has shipped yet, but will monday. Thanks!!

Edit: Will be using for gaming (Company of Heroes, some classics, maybe SC2, GTAIV), as well as everything I ask it to be a college student, Word processing, minitab, HD movies, maybe bluray/ripping in the future

If you are sticking with your 9800gt and the corsair xms3s your 500W ps should be good enough for that build. Case wise if you want to go silent you need to pay more than $30 usually.
NCIX.com - Buy Thermaltake Element T Mid Tower ATX Case Black 3X5.25 1X3.5EXT 6X3.5INT Front USB HD Audio No PSU - VK90001N2Z In Canada. the thermaltake is not a bad case. its around 60 but it has a good enough airflow. Also sound usually depends on your fans. if you think they are really loud you can switch them with low dB silent fans. they are usually quiet cheap

For budget cases my fave has long been the CM 690. That said... for looks, pretty well any of the lower priced CMs look pretty damn good for the price.

As stated above, that PSU is fine for your soon to be setup. Looks like a solid cost effective upgrade. As for budget cases, I can say I am very happy with my antec 300 (though cable management is a bit of a pain if you like a clean looking case), and I built my brothers computer in a CM Elite 330 at Christmas which was also very nice for the price. The CM330 was very cheap and is a little thin walled, but solid enough. I wouldn't hesitate to use either again.
