I'dd go with G.skill ram. good stuff, less expensive than corsair's stuff.
As for the Motherboard, if your not into extreme overclocking, no need for an EVGA classified MoBo. I personnally got good experience with Gigabyte and their stuff is reliable and overclocks well. An UD3r would be plenty.

At 230$, it's by far the best price/performance ratio board on LGA1366.
If you want a mid/high level board, i'dd get the ud5. The price tag isn't too high but does not offer much more than the 100$ cheaper UD3r which is already a complete board (usb3, sata3).
EVGA and corsair are seriously expensive and and it's (belong to me) pretty useless for a 3.8 overclock that can be achieved on an UD3r easily. heck, i'm doing 3.83 on a p55 UD2 board. The motherboard won't give you extra performance and you would not notice any difference in performance by going with corsair ram. I'dd spend some extras on storages, (better/larger or raid ssd's) or a 5970, or getting two 5870 instead of 5850.
Edit: at the ~340 price point, the evga on sale is a nice deal, but yet i'dd spend on something else.
