Cheapest laptop possible

Anyone have any suggestions for a very cheap laptop? I am looking at netbooks right now, as they seem to be the best for the price. I am pretty sure I will get one used. I am looking for something under $200 and powerful enough to type notes and browse the web with at school. Portability is a huge plus, I don't care much about the screen/power/keyboard, but I would prefer keeping it in the C2D mobile range. My best bets right now seem to be an MSI Wind U100 (with 2GB RAM and a second battery) for $250 and a U120 for $220. I would love to get one off of here but I don't see any for sale.

So, to summarize again, what is the best brand/type of cheap laptop one can get used? A netbook is preferable.

Outside use at all?

Reason I'm asking is that I've got one of the gateway netbooks with the larger screen (10.1 I think), but it's got a glossy screen which I believe makes it difficult to see outside.

For general useage I've been happy with it. small enough to be portable, but big enough screen to see. Mine's a single core AMD chip and aside from needing to upgrade the 1G to 2G for memory it seems more than enough for general surfing and apps, although vids might be a bit choppy sometimes.

Outdoor use isn't important at all really, this will be used at school almost totally exclusively, maybe the odd time on trips. I never like any screens outside anyways (no matter how good) so it's no different to me really.
