Well, here's what I'd go with (It's a combo of the above, with a bit of my own thrown in)
CPU - i7 920
CPU Cooler - Hyper 212 Plus
Motherboard - P6T SE
Memory - G.Skill Ripjaw 6GB (whatever speed and latencies you want)
Graphics Card - What resolution are you playing at? If >= 1920 x 1200, 5850 (although, if you have a card you can carry over until Fermi releases, wait, since prices will drop like a stone)
Hard Drive - Caviar Black, Spinpoint F1, or Barracuda 7200.12 1TB (whichever's cheapest)
Power Supply - 850HX (better efficiency, modular, quieter, etc.)
Drive - Whatever the hell you want
Case = CM 690 II Advance (maybe with a few extra fans)

Just looking over the cooler i would agree with Raserei408 about going with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 + for low cost versus the amount it will cool your pc. In 25C ambient temperature room i can see my 3.8GHz C0/C1 920 with vcore at 1.375 hover around 72-75C at full load (folding so its always at full load), when the temp drops down to about 22-20C i see it much lower, around 58-65C depending on the core and exact temperature. You'd get better temperatures since it will be a D0, which needs less Vcore to OC.

This I sort of agree with.

If you have a card like a 260, 4870, something along those lines, you'll be best holding off and see what Fermi brings.

ali7up, if your choice really comes down to the two you posted, then I would go with the second setup.

thanks for the responses, yea i am leaning towards the second system but switch to G.Skill Ripjaw 6GB memory and more efficient 850HX, Samsung f3 500GB x2 RAID 0. I could wait but i don't have any video card right now, will this card work fine hooked up to a 720p tv. I have heard from other XFX owners that the XFX cards are bad quality and their replacements are just not so great. Lastly what advantages does the CM 690 II Advance have over the Antec 902 since they are both the same price. Thanks
