Wait a minute... you catch my attention here. this 22-25k is with also GPU or just for the CPU. ? I should really read more, but I was hoping to do it as I progress not before,

I'm here to lissen guy, tell me what to build ( but Cm , no 24 cores pls )
The 22-25k is just for the CPU.

Grab this board instead
Although I dislike Asus it is the cheapest board I have found w/ 3 PCIe x16 slots.
ASUS P6T SE X58 ATX LGA1366 DDR3 LGA1366 3PCI-E16 PCI-E1 2PCI CrossFire SATA2 Motherboard - DirectCanada

Grab the cheapest 6GB ram set you can find.

Drop down to 3 GTX260's and cost won't be that much more.

I edited my post above. The only thing wrong w/ the LGA1156 boards are the PCIe bandwidth. They only have 16 lanes total. 2 videocards will be fine but I wouldn't put any more on personally.

3- I will use my e8400 ..... with my 4890 , I have a nice cooler that fir well with the look of the look Squeleton on it , this card give me 2600 ppd , so I can use it.
4- I will use my Gigabyte with my I7 - 860 with 2 GPU, I will try to run at 4 ghz with my Noctua d14
5- I will WC my i5 - 750 on my gaming rig ( have already a nice rad for it ) and put 2 x 285, it's enough for my poor gaming on my 22" once a week , but I will wait for see the fermi before, that will be my last one I will update

3 GTX 260's are going to cost at least $100 a month in electricity... hopefully you can offset that with lower natural gas consumption, etc.
