My System Specs

Default Moving Build to new Case
So I'm moving my computer to a Lancool K62 and this mobo layout is terrible for this case and my psu wasn't designed for the psu at the bottom that's for sure.

But my question is, can I plug chassis fan into the pwr_fan connector on the mobo?

juist flip the power supply upside down so the fan is facing up (if possible) and yes as long as the mobo connecter matches that of the chassis fan

You can plug any fan into any fan header on the motherboard. It doesn't make a difference.
