RAM: G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL Ripjaws PC3-12800 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Core I5 1.5V Memory Kit
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 5770 Xtreme 865MHZ 1GB 5.0GHZ GDDR5
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB
ODD: LG 22x SATA DVD Writer
PSU: Antec Earthwatts 650W Power Supply ATX12V V2.2 EPS12V Active PFC 80PLUS

These components reach my max budget so if there is something you recommend try and make it very similar in price. The reason for the XFX 5770 is most of them on either of the sites I'll be ordering have all been sold out in the past few days...
Just curious what everyone thinks.
Thanks for all the comments in the paste few weeks to questions I had trying to figure out a good set of components.

I'll be ordering this list sometime around 1pm but up until then comments would be appreciated!

Looks like a nice balanced setup (i5 rocks) but, without listing the prices, store(s), shipping you are paying, it's hard to see if we can get you any better deals. Any particular reason for the Micro ATX FF?

I guess more or less I'm asking if there's anything that kinda stands out as not being of similar quality and you kinda answered that with "Looks like a nice balanced setup", so thanks!
I wanted to go with the MSI P55-GD65 but its $165 whereas the Gigabyte P55M-UD2 is $107 so it fit my budget way better. I've read good things about the P55M-UD2, people having no problems getting the overclocks I'm looking for.

I wish the the Radeon HD 5770 was $150-160 but thats not the case. I saw a Radeon HD 5770 512mb? But I'm getting this computer and perhaps adding a few things over time but won't be replacing anything for at least a year so I need a decent video card.

Side Note
What the hell is up with Phenom II x4 955's not being as good with Adobe CS4 programs. Photoshop CS4, i5 beats it by like 25%. Premiere CS4, i5 beats it by like 20%. Sure I wouldn't mind getting a Phenom II x4 955 BE for $175 but if its that much crappier than an i5 the savings don't mean squat. Not to mention overclocking headroom...

Think I'll go with the
Antec TruePower New TP-550 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC

550 watts is more than enough for what I'm running. Has better 80 plus rating and the semi-modular aspect is nice seeing as I have an acrylic case.

those 5770s are excellent cards. I would have gone with the GA-P55M-UD4 as its a totally rock solid OCer and wicked onboard audio. nice lookin build though.
