im just using a arctic cooling alpine 64 cheap cheap heatsink...tbh im thinking the stock heatsink that came with the 550be is maybe as good..... if not better?
after changing it i didnt notice any temp drops more than 1 or 2 degrees at full load...im still deciding what hs to try next, needs to be small enough to fit into my HTPC tho....then i will try for better clocks or may drop cpu in another board under a TRUE i have here just to see what chip will do....

The Corsair HX650 is on boxing day special at NCIX... $25 off is nothing to scoff at.

NCIX.com - Buy Corsair Professional HX650W 650W ATX 12V 52A 24PIN ATX Modular Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan - CMPSU-650HX In Canada.

As I remember, it's a re-branded Seasonic. However, Corsair slaps a 7 year warranty on it. It's also modular, so less crap sitting in the bottom of your case.

Please advise! :)
