Given your available choices, it seems ok.
You might consider saving $10 on the DVD by getting the BenQ DW240S 24x instead of the Lite-On.
Also, if you can squeeze out an extra $30 (or $20 by changing the DVD drive), you could get the;
XFX HD5770 1GB for $209 instead of the Sapphire HD 5750 for $179. A worthy investment in the vid card dept imho.
