Default i7 watercooled

Hello everyone. I am a new member of your community, but have been reading posts here for some time. I am planning on building my first watercooling rig. Any suggestions for hardware changes/substitutes would be appreciated. I prefer parts in the price range of those that are listed, and I will be ordering in the U.S. Currently I have two main concerns:

1.) I want to externally rear mount the radiator. Can I get away with only exhaust fans?
2.) I plan to overclock the cpu, but not at first. Should I be worried about condensation?

Cooling:
Swiftech Apogee GTZ Core i7 Water Block
Swiftech MCP655 12 VDC Pump Liquid Cooling System
Thermochill PA Series? 120?

Hardware:
Silverstone Raven RV01B-W
Ultra X3 ULT40311 1000-Watt Power Supply
Asus P6T motherboard
Intel Core i7 860 Processor
OCZ Gold Tri Channel 6GB PC16000 DDR3 2000MHz Memory
Sparkle GeForce 9800 GT
[2] OCZ Vertex Series Solid State Drive
WD Caviar Black 1tb

Thanks in advance.

If you plan external radiator mount you will need rad box on your list.

GTZ is old block, there are better performing blocks at same money.

For radiator itself, I recommend BlackIce or Feser Rads, not current PA series.

1st thing. You've got a LGA1156 chip and a LGA1366 board. If you want to use the i7 860 or lower, you need a P55 chipset board. The only CPU's that currently go in the X58 boards are the i7 900 series.

I'd get the new Apogee XT in place of the GTZ. Better temps, same price range. And condensation is not an issue with watercooling. Leaks are.

What's your planned use for this machine? The GPU is low end for a gaming machine.

Noticed the chip issue shortly after I posted. I don't do much gaming; the PC is for general use. I guess I am mainly building it of the experience. What would be a step up in the GPU department?

If you don't game, don't worry about changing the GPU. But if you were, I'd look at a GTS250 or HD4870 for a little bit more money.
